Many of us go through difficult times in recovery, and have to cope with difficult feelings and cravings. Whether you are in early recovery or going through a difficult patch this course will arm you with tools and strategies to help you cope.

This course will give you tools and strategies to cope with cravings, denial and temptation. It will support you to be prepared for tough times, and be aware of potential triggers and ways to become more resilient in the face of relapse. We break down any denial and look at triggers and feelings which will help you understand what could cause a relapse. You will learn a short meditation to use in order to change. your state so that you have it whenever you need it.

Do you struggle to find inner peace? Do you have anxious thoughts, cravings, or a critical inner voice that beats you up?   STORY –   When I first learned to meditate twenty years ago, I was in a rehab centre, and could not take a breath without thoughts of shame and self-hatred. I could not stop the racing thoughts and cravings at all. Over the years, I studied and practised and I learned how to still the mind and relate to thoughts differently. These skills and tools have saved me from relapse and saved my life, improved my self-esteem, and removed cravings, anxiety, and self-obsession completely. Transforming the mind has transformed my life, as we experience everything through the mind. If I can do it so can you, even if you believe that you can’t meditate because your mind is special and different!

Nicolas Croll

Nic has been through the hells of addictions and found a way out, and has a passion for passing on what he learned on the way. He has practised and taught Buddhist meditation, shamanism, tantra and taoism, and facilitated various types of recovery groups and worked individually with many people in recovery. He has spent well over a year on intensive retreats, and many hours in meditation every day. He has read thousands of spiritual, psychological and self-help books, and the fruits of all this research and practice will be found in these courses. He went through an awakening experience in 2017, and wishes to communicate and share this liberation with as many people as possible. He worked for a buddhist organisation for fifteen years, and has been involved with communicating the dharma for nearly as long. In these courses are to be found all the tips and knowledge he has acquired, in an easy to follow and easy to learn format. These courses are designed to solve many of the problems we face in recovery. He is also a trained healer and coach, a music producer and a writer, and works in the field of mental health and addiction in Bristol in the UK. He loves dancing, walking, playing cello, drumming, and snowboarding.
