1 - You will learn what meditation is and why it is so liberating.
2 - You will find pointers in how to create a space, a time, and how to find the right posture for you. I will support you to find the motivation and inspiration to start and persist with meditation.
3 - You will learn about the breath and why it so helpful in meditation. You will be introduced to two short practices; one to get you started watching your thoughts and finding the gaps, and the second is a short meditation that you will be able to use at any time whenever you need to change your state. This is a wonderful tool for relapse prevention, or to cope with anxiety, anger, panic, or cravings.
4 - Here you will learn more essential elements of meditation, with audio meditations on relaxing the body and on counting the breath, which helps to slow and quiet thinking.
5 - You will learn the full practice of mindfulness of breathing, beginning with the a shorter practice, and ending with the full practice.
6 - You will discover further pointers on motivation, some tips and tricks about how to make meditation interesting and pleasurable, how to deepen your practice, and some secrets from the highest teachings of Tibetan buddhism on the spaciousness in which lies freedom.
