In 2017, sixteen years of meditation and dedicated spiritual practice came to fruition, and I had a Buddhist Awakening experience. I have been learning how to pass on the secrets I learned from twenty years of study, practice, and seeking, and from my experience of awakening and as a guide to awakening. This course is a comprehensive guide to the mind, and to awakening. We can live in two levels of mind, the small mind that is filled by thoughts and self and cravings, or we can discover the unbound mind and heart. The transition from the one to the other is what is called Awakening, and you will not find these teachings presented so clearly anywhere else.

The only thing wrong with this moment is usually a thought, so as we learn to relate to thought in a new way and discover the deeper dimension of awareness, we can become free from this sense of there being something wrong!

STORY –   When I first learned to meditate twenty years ago, I was in a rehab centre, and could not take a breath without thoughts of shame and self-hatred. I could not stop the racing thoughts and cravings at all. Over the years, I studied and practised and I learned how to still the mind and relate to thoughts differently. These skills and tools have saved me from relapse and saved my life, improved my self-esteem, and removed cravings, anxiety, and self-obsession completely. Transforming the mind has transformed my life, as we experience everything through the mind. If I can do it so can you, even if you believe that you can’t meditate because your mind is special and different!

Recovery Coach and Awakening Guide

Nicolas Croll

Nic has been through the hells of addictions and found a way out, and has a passion for passing on what he learned on the way. He has practised and taught Buddhist meditation, shamanism, tantra and taoism, and facilitated various types of recovery groups and worked individually with many people in recovery. He has spent well over a year on intensive retreats, and many hours in meditation every day. He has read thousands of spiritual, psychological and self-help books, and the fruits of all this research and practice will be found in these courses. He went through an awakening experience in 2017, and wishes to communicate and share this liberation with as many people as possible. He worked for a buddhist organisation for fifteen years, and has been involved with communicating the dharma for nearly as long. In these courses are to be found all the tips and knowledge he has acquired, in an easy to follow and easy to learn format. These courses are designed to solve many of the problems we face in recovery. He is also a trained healer and coach, a music producer and a writer, and works in the field of mental health and addiction in Bristol in the UK. He loves dancing, walking, playing cello, drumming, and snowboarding.
