We all go through difficult times. In my recovery I have dealt with anxiety, depression, bereavement and divorce. Stepping onto the path of recovery is usually a difficult time, full of craving, anxious thoughts, shame, and low moods. Over the years I have done all kinds of inner work to cope with difficult feelings, and wish to pass on what I have learned in a course designed to help you cope.
Instead of trying to run from or numb pain, you will find that it is best to listen to your body and heart, and hear its song of wisdom and its deep longings. This too shall pass.
This course has meditations, prayers, and hypnosis to bring relief and comfort when you are tired and low. You will feel less alone, and through tibetan compassion meditations will feel deeply connected to all beings who suffer, and gradually pain will transmute into compassion and wisdodm.
